Conditions of reservation, modification and cancellation

A- Booking conditions.

1- Hotel

A direct reservation can be made either by phone, by email or through the establishment's website.
For any reservation, the customer's contact details will be required (surname, first name, mobile phone number, email address), other information may be requested (company name, etc.).
The customer is obliged to provide the hotelier with accurate information.
To guarantee the reservation, the establishment asks for the credit card number as well as the expiration date. The customer, by giving his bank card, commits himself to the hotelier and implies his acceptance of the conditions of sale.

Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel is recommended to book in advance. The reservation will not be confirmed until the hotelier has given his agreement: sending the confirmation email.

2- Restaurant

Our dining room has a limited capacity, please book before your arrival at the hotel, either by phone or by return email. (Menu menu on our website www.lecheval-blanc.com)
A table reservation is not guaranteed for hotel guests if you have not requested it.
Our restaurant is open both for guests staying at the hotel and for outsiders. Remember to book.

These rates are reference rates and may vary depending on the season.
The rates shown are in euros and include all taxes, and reflect the VAT applicable on the day of booking. Any changes to the applicable rate, or any changes or introduction of new legal taxes imposed by the relevant authorities, will be automatically reflected in the prices shown on the invoice date.

C- Terms of cancelation.

* All cancellations must be made by phone or email, directly contacting reception. If sent by email, the date and time of sending are considered valid.
* For individual reservations (up to 3 rooms), cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the arrival date, i.e., before midnight (local time), two days prior to arrival.
For example, for a Saturday arrival, cancellation must be made by 11:59 PM on Thursday.
* For reservations of 4 to 7 rooms, the cancellation period is 72 hours (3 days) before the arrival date, i.e., before midnight (local time), three days prior to arrival.
For example, for a Saturday arrival, cancellation must be made by 11:59 PM on Wednesday.
* For reservations of more than 7 rooms, cancellation without fees must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date, i.e., before midnight (local time), seven days prior to arrival.
For example, for a scheduled arrival on a Saturday, cancellation must be made before 11:59 PM the previous Saturday.
* In case of late cancellation, the amount of the first night (for individual and multiple reservations) will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. * In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
* In case of curtailment of stay or early departure, no refund will be granted. Late arrivals do not qualify for any reduction or compensation.
* These conditions are firm and final: no refunds or credits will be issued. In the event of cancellation fees being charged, guests are advised to contact their travel insurance company for possible coverage.

Our site uses some of today's most advanced internet security technologies. All stages of reservations are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a reference technology in the field. Your information is encrypted and protected through server authentication and encryption of data streams.
Furthermore, the reservation system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls and other advanced technologies to avoid interference and prevent intrusion.
The reservation is secure: For each reservation made on our site, your personal data is protected by a secure connection. Immediate confirmation.

E- Modification, cancellation of a reservation taken on a platform (booking, expedia, hotels.com, LOGIS/CITOTEL/URBAN STYLE...).

The hotelier cannot intervene on this reservation, the customer must contact the platform in order to modify or cancel his reservation within the time allowed.

F- Payments accepted in the establishment.

Bank cards, AMEX, cash, checks, holiday vouchers
The hotelier reserves the right to pre-authorize any credit card provided when making reservations.

G- Extras

1- Breakfast.

Breakfast is €15 per person and must be reserved the day before. Breakfast for children under 3 years old is free. It is served from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. Monday to Friday and from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in the breakfast room or via room service.

2- Parking in the rear parking lot.

The car park is located at the back of the establishment, it is free, unsupervised and unsecured.
No reservations are possible.

3- Restaurant and bar drinks.

Consumption will be added to the customer's reservation and must be paid upon receipt of the order.

4- Animals.

Pets are allowed in our establishment with a supplement of €10/night.

5- Tourist taxes.

A tourist tax of 1.60 cents per person is payable upon arrival for each night.
The tourist tax is not included in your reservation and must always be paid on site.

H- Special conditions

In the event of force majeure or due to exceptional circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to accommodate customers in a nearby hotel of equivalent category, without any price modification or to cancel the reservation if it cannot find accommodation.
All reservations are nominative and may under no circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or against payment, except with the written consent of the hotelier.
Any reservation that is irregular, ineffective, incomplete or fraudulent for a reason attributable to the customer will result in its cancellation at the customer's expense, without prejudice to any civil or criminal action against the latter.
In the event of an error by the customer when taking the reservation (dates, number of rooms, type of room, duplication of reservation), the service will be invoiced.
The maximum number of cots in the room is 1.
Extra beds in the room are not accepted.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.
The general conditions of sale of the hotel apply to all reservations. Any stay entails the acceptance by the customer of the special conditions and the internal rules of the hotel.
In the event of non-compliance by the customer with one of these provisions, the hotelier will be obliged to invite the customer to leave the establishment, without any indemnity.
